Koschak Home Office
October 2009 This is a testimonial not only to the beautiful, extremely high quality furniture that Custom Shoppe Furniture makes, but to the fantastic people who work at the company. Earlier this year, I placed an order for a 3-piece home office set with a furniture store that filed bankruptcy prior to my order being completed. Luckily the 3-piece home office set was made by Custom Shoppe Furniture.
I called the phone number on the Custom Shoppe Furniture website to speak with a live person, and got John Williams, the West Coast sales representative. After explaining my situation, John gave me a phone number and asked me to call and speak with Frank Krejci, the president of the company, to see if he could help. A couple of days later, I called the number and left a message on Mr. Krejci’s phone, and was totally amazed to hear from him about 30 minutes later. He actually found the original order that was placed by the furniture store, but also explained that the order was on hold and had not been started. Mr. Krejci then inquired about the balance. To my complete surprise he said that he would complete the order for the balance owed plus a nominal shipping fee – he would have it delivered, and set up – “white glove service” he called it. This totally surprised me, because I knew that he was certainly not making any money by completing the order and may have actually lost money by helping me out. Mr. Krejci’s act of kindness, especially during these tough economic times, will never be forgotten.
Additionally, every single Custom Shoppe Furniture employee (Kelly Zastrow, Kurt, and Brian) that I worked with during the completion and delivery of my order were caring and pleasant. My home office is absolutely beautiful and the 3 pieces fit together perfectly and I do mean perfect. I love it! Thank you Mr. Krejci, and every single employee of Custom Shoppe Furniture who helped with the logistics, building, and delivery.
