 We will send a confirmation once we have received your deposit.  Master Card, Visa or Checks are accepted.  For Master Card or Visa, please complete the Confidential Form then fax or mail it to our Accounting Department.  Please tell us how you will be sending your deposit:

 Arrival & Departure Information
 Sessions begin with a noon lunch on Monday and end at 2:00pm on Tuesday.  This schedule gives most attendees the opportunity to travel during the morning on Monday and evening on Tuesday. The Custom Shoppe will host accommodations for Monday evening only.  Please indicate your arrival and departure dates so we are prepared to make your hotel arrangements.
